In this talk series, participants will be given some scenarios to evaluate themselves if they are OK or vice versa. Participant will learn grounding techniques, the importance of connect with nature and deep breathing exercises for stress relief. Participants will also learn mindfulness technique such as how to do journaling and reflections every day. Participant will also learn how to plan their research journey within time and budget limitation.
